Terms of Use
Last updated August 30, 2026 · Version 2026-08-30.1
1. Scope, acceptance, and incorporated rules
These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to TheSQRLs.com and the site-wide Account system, Store, Acorns, community features, supporter features, browser tools, downloadable programs and files, Account Cloud Saves, xxSQRLxx, SQRLFather, and other services that link to or state that they are governed by these Terms. "TheSQRLs.com," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the site and its owner/operators as applicable.
By creating an Account, affirmatively accepting these Terms, completing a checkout that requires acceptance, using an Account-restricted feature, purchasing or redeeming Acorns, using Store rewards or Account benefits, submitting content, using an Account Cloud Save, or otherwise using a feature governed by these Terms, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the affected feature.
Product descriptions, posted community rules, promotion rules, refund/return terms, software licenses, project-specific terms, checkout notices, and other conditions shown with a particular feature or transaction are incorporated into these Terms for that feature or transaction. If a mandatory law gives you rights that cannot be waived or limited, those rights control to the extent of any conflict.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
The TheSQRLs.com Account service is intended only for people who are at least 18 years old. Account creation requires an affirmative certification that you are at least 18. You must provide information reasonably required by the service accurately and keep it reasonably current.
You are responsible for protecting your password, connected sign-in methods, sessions, recovery methods, and other Account credentials. You may not share authentication tokens, use another person's Account without authorization, impersonate another person, evade an Account restriction, or attempt to take over another Account. Promptly report suspected unauthorized access through the site's support options.
Usernames, display names, public profile fields, Account Numbers, and similar identifiers remain subject to site rules, moderation, and technical availability. The internal user ID used by the service is not transferable. A visible Account Number or other profile asset is transferable only if and when TheSQRLs.com expressly enables a transfer feature and only under the rules shown for that feature.
Optional profile information, including pronouns, Pride/identity badges, interests, links, location, and other self-described information, is voluntary. You are responsible for what you choose to publish and for adjusting the available visibility settings when you no longer want information displayed.
3. Linked accounts and third-party services
Google, Twitch, and Discord may be available as sign-in providers. Patreon may be connectable to an existing Account for supporter verification. YouTube, Square, PayPal, email providers, hosting providers, external image hosts, and other third parties may also support site features. Each third party operates under its own terms, policies, availability, and technical rules.
A third-party API, permission, membership, payment status, username, tier, or connection can change or become unavailable. We may use manual review or correction when an automated provider result is unavailable, delayed, duplicated, refunded, charged back, fraudulent, or reasonably believed to be inaccurate. Disconnecting a provider does not delete your TheSQRLs.com Account. We may prevent removal of a sign-in method when removing it would leave an Account without a usable authentication or recovery path.
TheSQRLs.com is not sponsored, endorsed, or operated by a third-party platform merely because that platform is referenced, embedded, linked, or integrated.
YouTube API Services and xxSQRLxx Unified Chat
The xxSQRLxx Unified Chat feature may use Google OAuth and YouTube API Services. If you choose Connect YouTube Chat, you authorize TheSQRLs.com to identify the YouTube channel associated with the authorization and, when you expressly submit a message, send that text message to the active xxSQRLxx YouTube live chat that you select. Messages are not intended to be sent automatically on your behalf without your action.
Google may describe the requested YouTube authorization broadly. The Unified Chat implementation is intended to use that authorization only for the user-facing chat functions described above and not to upload or delete videos, change ratings, edit ordinary comments or captions, manage unrelated channel content, or perform other unrelated YouTube actions. If that intended use materially changes, the applicable disclosures and consent flow will be updated before the new use is enabled.
You remain responsible for messages you choose to send and for complying with YouTube rules applicable to your account and content. By using YouTube API Services through TheSQRLs.com, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Use of Google and YouTube services is also subject to their applicable policies and service availability.
The Chat Connections controls can disconnect YouTube Chat from Unified Chat without deleting your TheSQRLs.com Account or, where supported, your underlying linked sign-in identity. An application-level disconnect stops Unified Chat from using that connection for chat sending. You may also revoke the application's Google authorization through your Google Account controls. Removing a linked identity or deleting your TheSQRLs.com Account is governed by the Account and retention provisions in these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
4. Supporter status, tiers, badges, and benefits
Supporter recognition, subscription tiers, membership levels, donor status, badges, roles, Store discounts, Acorn awards, and access entitlements are Account features and do not create ownership, employment, partnership, voting, editorial, or administrative rights.
Visible tier names such as Copper, Silver, and Gold are labels. Benefits are determined by the currently configured rules for the specific provider, tier, storefront, product, category, or promotion. A Twitch tier and a YouTube tier with the same visible name do not necessarily have identical benefits unless the applicable offer says so.
Recurring supporter benefits normally depend on continuing eligibility. We may correct, deactivate, revoke, or remove supporter status or related benefits when the qualifying status ends or when a record is duplicate, mistaken, refunded, reversed, charged back, fraudulent, improperly linked, or otherwise invalid. A separately identified permanent unlock, if offered, is governed by the terms shown with that unlock.
Some badges may be designated as self-assignable. A user may add or remove only badges currently marked self-assignable. Self-assigned badges, including optional Pride, identity, community, interest, or allyship badges, are user-selected profile labels and are not verification by TheSQRLs.com of a person's identity, status, affiliation, beliefs, or characteristics. We may change whether a badge is self-assignable, disable a badge, or remove an invalid or abusive badge grant as reasonably necessary to operate or protect the service.
5. Acorns: site-only digital currency
Acorns are an internal, closed-loop digital unit of value used only within TheSQRLs.com where Acorn features are enabled. Acorns are not legal tender, a bank deposit, a payment account, a security, cryptocurrency, or an interest-bearing product. They have no cash value outside TheSQRLs.com.
Acorns may be earned, awarded, purchased if that feature is enabled, received through an approved site feature, used in the Store, or used to obtain eligible Account or Store rewards. The site may maintain separate purchased/loaded and earned/bonus balances for provenance and fraud controls even when an Account displays one combined balance.
Acorns cannot be cashed out, withdrawn, redeemed for cash, sold back to TheSQRLs.com, or refunded for money except when and only to the extent required by applicable law. If direct Acorn purchases are enabled, a completed purchase is final once the Acorns are credited except where a refund, cancellation, or other remedy is required by applicable law or expressly offered by TheSQRLs.com.
Acorn Gift Cards are TheSQRLs.com-only digital redemption credentials for Acorns; they are not Square Gift Cards, bank cards, or general-purpose payment cards. A Gift Card is delivered when its active redemption code and CV are made available to the purchaser. The purchaser is responsible for protecting those credentials and giving them only to the intended recipient. Anyone possessing valid credentials may be able to redeem the Gift Card to an eligible Account. Except where law requires otherwise, loss, disclosure, theft, mistaken delivery, or redemption by a person who obtained valid credentials does not automatically create a right to cash reimbursement or replacement, although we may void or reissue an unredeemed card when we determine it is appropriate and technically safe.
Acorns obtained through an Acorn Gift Card, a purchase made for another Account, or another approved gifting feature remain purchased/loaded Acorns and retain the payment provenance, fraud controls, restrictions, and transfer/trading hold associated with the original real-money transaction. If the original payment is later reversed, refunded, charged back, reported unauthorized, or determined to be fraudulent, the affected Acorns or resulting value may be held, reversed, offset, or treated as an unresolved Acorn liability on the recipient Account to the extent permitted by law.
Deleting or permanently closing an Account may result in the loss of unused Acorns and unused Store rewards. No cash payout is provided for an Account balance upon closure except where applicable law requires otherwise.
6. Acorn value, eligibility, transfers, and program changes
The owner may configure the rate used to translate Acorns into Store value, earning rates, Acorns-back promotional awards, supporter awards, eligible products, Store exclusions, and other economy rules. The rate or rule displayed and applied by the site at the time of a transaction controls that transaction, subject to applicable law.
We may prospectively change Acorn earning rates, redemption rates, eligible uses, promotional awards, Store exclusions, or other program rules. We may suspend all Acorn functions or disable Acorn functions for a particular Account when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, payment disputes, legal compliance, or enforcement of these Terms. Disabling Acorns may preserve the recorded balance while preventing earning, buying, spending, sending, receiving, Acorns-back awards, or Acorn Shop use until the restriction is lifted.
Acorns may not be transferred, traded, sold, gifted, or exchanged between users unless a specific TheSQRLs.com feature expressly permits that activity. Any future Account Number, Acorn, reward, or profile-asset marketplace or transfer feature may have separate eligibility, hold, fraud, price, and transfer rules. No site transfer feature creates a right to exchange Acorns for cash outside TheSQRLs.com.
7. Payment authorization, fraud, stolen payment methods, and chargebacks
When you make a real-money purchase, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and that the information you provide is accurate. You may not knowingly use a stolen, compromised, unauthorized, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful payment method.
If a payment used to obtain Acorns, Store goods, rewards, supporter benefits, or other value is declined, reversed, refunded, disputed, charged back, reported unauthorized, associated with stolen payment credentials, reasonably suspected of fraud, or otherwise not finally received, we may, to the extent permitted by law:
- cancel or reverse Acorns credited from that payment;
- revoke or cancel rewards, discounts, Acorns-back awards, badges, access, or other benefits obtained from or attributable to that payment;
- cancel, hold, or refuse related orders or fulfillment where legally and operationally possible;
- freeze or disable Acorn activity and related economy functions while the transaction is reviewed;
- offset invalidly obtained value against available balances or create an Account-level Acorn liability where necessary to preserve an accurate ledger; and
- restrict, suspend, or close an Account when fraud, abuse, or repeated payment disputes reasonably justify that action.
Nothing in these Terms prevents a cardholder from exercising a lawful right to report or dispute an unauthorized or otherwise legally disputable charge. Knowingly submitting a false, deceptive, or abusive payment dispute or chargeback is prohibited.
8. Acorn, reward, discount, and accounting corrections
We may correct an Acorn balance, reward, discount, Acorns-back award, supporter benefit, order reservation, or other economy record when it resulted from a software error, duplicate processing, incorrect configuration, payment reversal, fraudulent activity, unauthorized access, administrative mistake, or another invalid transaction. Corrections are intended to restore the Account to the position it should have had without the error or invalid transaction and may be recorded in the applicable audit or wallet ledger.
The temporary ability to display or use an incorrect balance before a correction does not create a right to retain value that was credited in error.
9. Store discounts, one-time rewards, and Acorns back
Store discounts and one-time rewards may have eligibility requirements, exclusions, maximum values, expiration rules, storefront/product/category restrictions, or combination rules. A benefit is applied only when the Account and transaction satisfy the rules configured for that benefit.
When multiple discounts or rewards could apply, the site may calculate them in a defined order. One-time rewards may be reserved during checkout to prevent double use and consumed only after successful order completion. If a checkout is safely canceled or fails, an eligible reservation may be released.
Acorns-back promotions are promotional Account awards, not cash rebates. Unless the displayed rule says otherwise, eligibility may be based on qualifying merchandise value after Store discounts and eligible one-time rewards and before tax and shipping. The payment mix of real money and Acorns does not by itself change the eligible merchandise basis unless the promotion says otherwise.
10. Checkout reservations and payment completion
Starting checkout may temporarily reserve selected one-time Store rewards and Acorns so they cannot be spent twice. A reservation is not a completed purchase. Reserved Acorns and rewards are consumed only after the site can safely confirm successful completion of the applicable order or payment.
If checkout fails, expires, or is safely confirmed canceled, eligible reservations may be released. If payment status is uncertain, delayed, or cannot safely be verified, Acorns and rewards may remain reserved until the Square order/payment state or other relevant transaction state is resolved. This is intended to prevent both accidental loss and double spending.
11. Store purchases, pricing, shipping, taxes, returns, and refunds
Product descriptions, prices, inventory, variants, shipping options, taxes, fulfillment estimates, and other transaction details may change. The terms and amounts shown during the transaction form part of that transaction. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information where required.
For physical merchandise sold online, we will use reasonable efforts to ship within the time stated for the order. Where applicable law requires it, if we cannot ship within the stated time—or within the legally applicable default period when no shipment time was stated—we will provide the required delay/cancellation option or issue the required refund for unshipped merchandise.
We may cancel or refuse an order when an item is unavailable, a price or configuration is clearly erroneous, the payment cannot be verified, the transaction violates these Terms, or cancellation is otherwise reasonably necessary and permitted by law. If a real-money charge for a canceled order must be returned, it will be handled through the applicable payment processor and payment method subject to law and processor rules.
Returns, merchandise refunds, and cancellations are governed by the policy presented with the product or transaction and applicable law. Acorns used as Store credit are not redeemable for a cash refund. A merchandise refund does not create a right to receive cash for Acorns, discounts, rewards, or promotional value previously applied to the order, except to the extent applicable law requires a different result.
Recurring purchases and subscriptions
Only products or Acorn packages expressly labeled with a subscription option are recurring purchases. Before you begin a subscription checkout, the site displays the recurring price and billing cadence. By affirmatively choosing Subscribe, accepting the Terms and Privacy Policy for that recurring purchase, and completing Square checkout, you authorize Square to charge the payment method associated with the subscription automatically at the displayed cadence until the subscription ends or is canceled.
Square processes and stores the payment method used for recurring billing. TheSQRLs.com receives processor identifiers and subscription/payment status needed to administer the subscription, but does not need your full payment-card number for ordinary subscription operation. You can view and request cancellation of a recognized subscription from Account → Subscriptions. Cancellation generally stops future renewals according to the effective cancellation date reported by Square; it does not automatically refund a billing cycle that has already been charged or fulfilled unless a refund is required by law or expressly granted.
If you request final Account deletion while the site recognizes an active Square subscription, TheSQRLs.com will first attempt to schedule that subscription to stop renewing. If Square cannot confirm the cancellation request, Account closure may be delayed or blocked until the recurring billing obligation can be addressed safely. Transaction and subscription history may be retained after Account closure when reasonably necessary for payment reconciliation, refunds, disputes, accounting, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
For recurring Acorn packages, Acorns are granted only after the site receives and validates a successfully paid Square subscription billing cycle. A failed, reversed, disputed, refunded, or otherwise unpaid cycle does not create a right to additional Acorns and may be handled under the Acorn/payment-reversal rules above. Changing or disabling a subscription offer affects future signups; an existing subscription may retain the cadence and price associated with the plan accepted when that subscription was created unless it is separately changed or canceled.
Recurring physical merchandise remains subject to availability, shipping, fulfillment, return, and cancellation rules applicable to that product and transaction. If a recurring physical item cannot be fulfilled, we may pause, cancel, substitute only with your agreement where required, or provide another remedy as permitted or required by law and the applicable processor rules.
12. Donations, tips, and voluntary support
Tips, contributions, donations, memberships, and supporter payments may be processed by third parties such as PayPal or another supported provider. Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, a voluntary support payment does not purchase ownership, editorial control, employment, voting rights, or administrative authority over TheSQRLs.com.
Unless TheSQRLs.com expressly states that a particular payment is a tax-deductible charitable contribution, you should not treat a tip, contribution, donation, or supporter payment as tax-deductible. You are responsible for obtaining your own tax advice.
13. User and community content
If a feature allows you to submit content, links, profile text, Activity posts, comments, reactions, messages, media, reports, Cloud Save data, or other material, you are responsible for what you submit and for having the rights and permissions needed to submit it. Do not submit unlawful, malicious, infringing, deceptive, invasive, threatening, harassing, hateful, fraudulent, spam, or otherwise abusive material.
You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content for a feature that hosts, displays, distributes, stores, reviews, transmits, backs up, restores, or moderates it, you grant TheSQRLs.com a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, display, transmit, and otherwise process that content only as reasonably necessary to operate the feature, provide the service, enforce these Terms, investigate reports, preserve safety records, resolve disputes, and comply with law.
Private messages, support messages, reports, and Account Cloud Saves are not intended as secure vaults for passwords, payment credentials, authentication codes, private keys, or other secrets. Community/private-message features are not represented as end-to-end encrypted. Do not submit information that you are not willing to have processed as described in the Privacy Policy.
Deleting, hiding, or blocking content or another Account changes ordinary site visibility or interaction; it does not guarantee immediate deletion of every underlying record. Content and related records may be retained when reasonably necessary for moderation, reports, security, abuse prevention, disputes, transaction history, legal compliance, or protection of the service.
We may remove or restrict content, preserve reported material, restrict community participation, or take Account action when reasonably necessary to operate or protect the service. A report does not guarantee removal or a particular enforcement result. We do not guarantee permanent hosting, delivery, availability, or visibility of user-submitted content.
14. Prohibited conduct and access controls
You may not use TheSQRLs.com to violate law; commit or facilitate fraud; abuse payments, discounts, Acorns, rewards, referrals, supporter status, or promotions; manipulate balances; exploit bugs; circumvent product exclusions, Account restrictions, bans, IP enforcement, or access controls; create or use alternate Accounts or network methods for the purpose of evading an active restriction; scrape or overload the service in a harmful manner; probe private endpoints; introduce malicious code; interfere with other users; impersonate staff; harass others; or attempt unauthorized access to Accounts, systems, files, credentials, or data.
Certain Owner-approved browser-source, overlay, dock, simple-view, or direct-resource pages may intentionally be exempted from normal site-access restrictions so software such as OBS or another approved browser-source client can load them without ordinary navigation or Account UI. That exemption applies only to the approved resource and does not authorize access to private APIs, Account data, administrative functions, other files, or restricted areas.
If you discover a bug or security issue, do not exploit it for gain or disclose private user data. Report it through the site's contact or support options.
15. Website tools, programs, downloads, and Account Cloud Saves
TheSQRLs.com may provide browser-based tools, downloadable programs, source or data files, project resources, or other software. Additional license or project-specific terms may apply and may be displayed with a particular tool or download.
Unless a separate license says otherwise, site tools and downloads are provided for their intended use and may not be resold, falsely represented as your own work, used to bypass access restrictions, or used in a manner that infringes TheSQRLs.com or third-party rights. Access controls can restrict delivery of protected resources, but no website can guarantee that client-side code or a downloaded file remains secret after it is delivered to an authorized device.
Some Owner-approved browser tools may offer an optional Account Cloud Save. Saving is manual unless a feature expressly says otherwise. Merely signing in or opening a supported tool does not upload that tool's local settings. A Save may replace the current Account save for that tool; a Restore may replace supported local settings after the confirmation shown by the site; and deleting the Account save does not delete the browser's local copy.
Cloud Saves are a convenience backup/restore feature, not guaranteed archival storage, version control, or continuous synchronization. Tool schemas, versions, supported fields, storage limits, and compatibility may change. A newer or older tool version may be unable to restore all saved fields. You are responsible for maintaining any separate backup you consider important.
Do not use Account Cloud Saves to store passwords, authentication tokens, API keys, OAuth secrets, Streamer.bot or OBS passwords, payment credentials, private keys, recovery codes, or other confidential credentials. The service may reject data that appears to contain credential or secret fields, and supported adapters may intentionally omit integration credentials, logs, temporary events, or other data that is not appropriate for Account backup.
16. Intellectual property and infringement reports
Except for user-submitted content and identified third-party material, TheSQRLs.com branding, original site text, graphics, layouts, code, software, databases, project materials, and other original content are owned by or licensed to TheSQRLs.com and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the site and its features under these Terms or an applicable separate license.
Third-party names, game references, platform marks, payment marks, media, and other third-party content remain the property of their respective owners. Reference to a third party does not imply sponsorship or endorsement unless expressly stated.
If you believe content on TheSQRLs.com infringes rights you own, contact us with enough information to identify the protected work, the allegedly infringing material, where it appears, how we can contact you, and the basis for your claim. We may request additional information, preserve relevant records, remove or restrict material when appropriate, or refer the matter to the person who submitted it. This paragraph does not represent that TheSQRLs.com has registered a DMCA designated agent or waive any rights or defenses available under law.
17. Wildlife and other informational content
SQRLFather educational and practical wildlife information is provided for general informational purposes and does not replace professional veterinary, wildlife-rehabilitation, emergency, or legal advice. Wildlife possession, rehabilitation, transport, release, and related activity may be regulated by location. You are responsible for following applicable law and seeking qualified help where required.
TheSQRLs.com does not offer live animals for sale through the Store. If that policy ever changes, any such activity would require separate terms and compliance review before being offered.
18. Suspension, restrictions, and termination
We may warn, limit, suspend, ban, disable features, restrict or suspend community submissions, revoke sessions, disconnect integrations, disable Acorn activity, remove benefits, apply an exact-IP Media Submission Ban, apply an exact-IP Account Ban, apply an exact-IP Site Block, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users or the service, prevent spam or repeated abusive submissions, investigate fraud or security issues, respond to payment disputes, comply with law, or prevent harm.
Submission and IP restrictions may end automatically at a specified date and time or remain in effect until lifted. Because IP addresses may be shared, reassigned, masked, or changed, IP enforcement is an additional abuse-control measure and is not treated as proof of a person's identity.
Where appropriate, we may preserve relevant records after an Account is restricted or closed for transaction history, fraud prevention, moderation, disputes, audit, security, or legal compliance as described in the Privacy Policy.
19. Availability, changes, compatibility, and events outside our control
Features, Store inventory, tools, integrations, supporter mappings, Acorn rules, discounts, access requirements, Cloud Save compatibility, and site content may be changed, suspended, replaced, or discontinued. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent storage, or compatibility with third-party services, browser versions, Streamer.bot, OBS, games, platforms, or other external software.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events reasonably outside our control, including outages, hosting failures, internet failures, payment-network failures, carrier delays, third-party API changes, natural disasters, acts of government, labor disruptions, or similar events. This does not limit rights that applicable consumer law does not allow us to limit.
20. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TheSQRLs.com and its features, content, Store interfaces, community systems, tools, downloads, Acorns, Cloud Saves, and integrations are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, permanently available, compatible with every configuration, or suitable for every purpose. We do not warrant third-party services, products, APIs, payment networks, carriers, external websites, or user-submitted content.
Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty, right, remedy, or liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
21. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TheSQRLs.com and its owner, operators, contributors, moderators, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, opportunities, or use, arising from or related to the site, third-party services, user content, Account Cloud Saves, or these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, aggregate liability arising from a particular paid transaction will not exceed the amount actually paid to TheSQRLs.com for the transaction giving rise to the claim. For claims not arising from a paid transaction, aggregate liability will not exceed US $100. These limitations do not apply where applicable law prohibits them.
22. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless TheSQRLs.com and its owner, operators, contributors, moderators, and contractors from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the service, your violation of these Terms, your infringement of another person's rights, or content you submit, except to the extent a claim results from conduct for which applicable law does not permit indemnification.
23. Electronic communications and notices
When you provide an email address, use Account alerts, open a support ticket, or complete a transaction, you agree that operational, security, transaction, policy, and support communications may be provided electronically through the site or the contact method associated with the relevant feature. Marketing or optional notification categories, where offered, remain subject to the choices provided for those communications.
You are responsible for keeping your Account contact information reasonably current. A communication is not guaranteed to be received merely because it was sent, including where an email provider filters, rejects, delays, or misroutes it.
24. Severability, waiver, and assignment
If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Failure to enforce a provision once does not waive the right to enforce it later.
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms except through a site feature that expressly permits transfer of a particular Account asset. We may assign or transfer operation of the site or these Terms in connection with a reorganization, transfer of ownership, or similar transaction, subject to applicable law and the Privacy Policy.
25. Changes to these Terms
We may update, revise, replace, or reissue these Terms as TheSQRLs.com, its features, legal obligations, or operating practices change. The Last updated date and version shown at the top identify the current Terms.
We may provide an Account alert, site notice, checkout notice, email, or other reasonable notice of a material update, and we will use any notice or renewed-consent process specifically required by applicable law. Existing Accounts are not automatically required to re-accept every wording clarification unless the site requires renewed acceptance for the affected feature or applicable law requires it.
By continuing to access or use TheSQRLs.com after an updated version becomes effective, you acknowledge the then-current Terms to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree with an update, you must stop using the affected service or feature. This continued-use provision does not replace separate affirmative consent where applicable law specifically requires it.
26. Contact
Questions about these Terms, a transaction, suspected unauthorized Account activity, content-rights concerns, or a payment issue can be submitted through the contact and support options provided on TheSQRLs.com.
